WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR ART PARTY

• Parties are suitable for ages 4 and up, and instruction will be scaled accordingly.
• We generally offer parties Saturday and Sunday during regular gallery hours. Parties scheduled outside of Gallery hours may be subject to additional fees.
• The duration of our Parties are 2 hrs (1hr: studio time + 1hr: party time)
• The price includes up to 10 people, numbers beyond 10 will incur additional charges
• Gallery Stratford supplies all art materials for the workshop, as well as basic cups/napkins/plates/forks and decorations.
• If you would like to provide your own decorations/party supplies, please let us know and we can arrange a time for you to come in early and set up.
• Individuals are responsible for any food/birthday cake and all party refreshments.
• The workshop will start no later than 10 minutes after the start of the party.
• Our Art Educator will continue to help facilitate the party following the workshop – but will not be held responsible for hosting the party past allotted workshop time.
• NO candles or flames are allowed due to safety guidelines – we suggest musical or flameless candles
• Minimum of 1 adult must be present through the duration of any children’s parties, but due to space constraints, please limit the number of adults in attendance.
• Photography and filming is permitted by the Gallery
